Hostile. - Subject is considered a threat to public safety, and is a wanted fugitive.


Background:
- 1942; Born to parents Daniel and Lucille Barnes.
- 1948; age 6, brother Bobby Joe is born.
- Doctors noted subject's abnormal growth just before puberty - allegedly made him a target for bullying by local youth.
- Regular trips to hospitals in St. Louis and Kansas City for baby brother's autoimmune disorder.
- 1956; 14 years old, there was a terrible crash on one of these trips, sending their family car off the road into a ravine.
- Daniel & Lucille were killed instantly, while the boys survived— the subject suffered severe facial injuries, to the point that first responders first assumed he was a corpse.
- The pair, once recovered, moved in with their aunt and uncle - Martha Mae & Jedediah Barnes.
- Subject is falsely reported dead in November 1956. - Began life in the attic of the Barnes Estate. Kept away by Jedediah.
- Subject reports his uncle warned him that world is filled with ‘bad men’ out to get them.
- 1965; Brother Bobby Joe goes missing, ruled as a runaway. Subject expressed profound sadness, under the impression that the 'bad men' took his brother away.
- Claims uncle made him lure victims to slaughter in the storm cellar.
- Subject reports never learning what happened to these remains.
- 1977; Martha Mae Barnes passes. Subject reports Jedediah Barnes became more verbally abusive, and domineering.
- 1983; Kidnaps [REDACTED] aftering luring, and confining to cellar.
- Altercation with his uncle led to killing him in an impulsive fit of rage.
- Temporarily in police custody after being located in the woods, uncooperative in revealing location of [REDACTED].
- Shortly after questioning, and psychological assessment, the subject escaped - injuring two security officers in the process.
- Subject has been 'missing' since.

- 1948; Born to parents Daniel and Lucille Barnes, with older brother, Augustine
- 1954; diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis
- Regular trips to hospitals in St. Louis and Kansas City.
- 1956; 9 years old, involved in terrible automobile accident.
- Daniel & Lucille were killed on impact. Subject survived— older brother Augustine falsely reported as deceased.
